鲁昕,女,汉族,1955年7月生,辽宁抚顺人,1985年6月入党,1971年参加工作,1994年财政部财政科学研究所财政专业毕业,研究生学历,博士学位。2009年4月至2015年12月,任教育部副部长、党组成员。2015年12月中央新疆工作协调小组办公室副主任。十三届全国政协民族和宗教委员会委员,全国中等职业教育教学改革创新指导委员会主任委员。中国共产党第十六次全国代表大会代表,中国妇女第九、十次全国代表大会代表。
